DJP shareholder Joshua E. Little has been appointed to the firm's Board of Directors. In this capacity Mr. Little will also serve as the Managing Attorney of the firm's St. George office, which is the largest law office in Southern Utah. Mr. Little focuses his practice on representing public and private companies in a broad range of corporate finance and business combination transactions, including public and private securities offerings, debt and equity financing transactions, mergers, stock/asset acquisitions and other corporate partnering transactions. Prior to joining Durham Jones & Pinegar, Mr. Little practiced corporate and securities law with Latham & Watkins in San Diego.

Fellow St. George DJP shareholder E. Troy Blanchard has been named Chair of the firm's Corporate & Securities Practice Section. Mr. Blanchard advises business owners regarding tax and business matters related to entity formation and operation, asset protection, business transactions and real estate sales and exchanges, with particular expertise regarding partnership, Limited Liability Company and S-corporation tax and structuring issues. His practice also includes working to resolve problems encountered in structuring, forming and financing real estate development ventures. He also works with not-for-profit institutions and advises business owners and individuals regarding business succession and other estate planning issues. Prior to joining DJP, Mr. Blanchard spent several years as an attorney in the tax section of a large Milwaukee based law firm.
