On May 28 from 8:00-9:30 a.m., Ogden Shareholder and Chair of DJP’s Immigration Law Practice Group, Tim Wheelwright, will make a presentation on the topic, "Immigration: Timely Legal Advice for All Utah Employers" for the Ogden-Weber Chamber of Commerce. Although there are no simple answers to the questions about immigration, Mr. Wheelwright has been helping, advising, and guiding employers to find workable solutions to these perplexing and challenging questions. He will present useful information to help employers answer their immigration questions, comply with U.S. and Utah laws, hire foreign workers without fear of a government enforcement action or a public opinion backlash, and other hot topics.
