Mr. Malmborg is an associate of the firm and member of the firm's Litigation Section and Tax and Estate Planning Section. Mr. Malmborg has experience representing clients in business, landlord-tenant, probate, construction disputes, collections, mechanic's liens, employment disputes, and real estate litigation before both state and federal courts. Mr. Malmborg also has experience in estate planning as well as small business and individual tax matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Malmborg served as a law clerk to Associate Chief Justice Michael J. Wilkins of the Utah Supreme Court.
