Mr. Leishman joined the firm in 1995. His practice concentrates on corporate and business law with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, including venture capital and other early-stage financing, corporate governance, and securities compliance. He works closely with the firm's litigation group in handling disputes regarding ownership and control of closely held entities. He also negotiates and drafts complex commercial contracts, including manufacturing, licensing, lending, and distribution agreements.
